La villetta è posta all'interno del resort capo d'orso marina, direttamente sul mare ed è composta da soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere da letto matrimoniali, antibagno e bagno con doccia.
È dotata di lavatrice nuova, tv, accessori vari quali asse e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, stendibiancheria e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare e pranzare ecc ecc all'esterno un ampio patio (circa 15 mq) con tavolo e sedie per poter pranzare all'aperto e trascorrere piacevoli serate.
Possibilità di usufruire dei servizi del resort quali piscina, campo da tennis e animazione previa disponibilità e accordo con il gestore del residence e pagamento di tessera settimanale.
Dal porto ogni giorno gite alle isole dell'arcipelago (caprera, budelli, spargi, razzoli ecc), traghetti plurigiornalieri per La Maddalena, noleggio imbarcazioni.
Palau inoltre si trova a una ventina di km da Santa teresa di gallura dove vi sono traghetti giornalieri per la corsica, meraviglie della natura come capo testa e paesaggi incontaminati come La Valle della luna.

In Palau, dem Maddalena-archipel gegenüberliegend, vermietet privatperson charmantes, freistehendes kleines haus mit 3 zimmern und 4 betten; 50m von strand, schönem pinienwald und circa 600m von stadtzentrum und hafen entfernt.
Das familienhaus befindet sich im inneren des resort capo d'orso marina, direkt am strand gelegen und verfügt über ein wohnzimmer mit küchenzeile, zwei schlafzimmer und ein bad mit dusche.
Das haus ist ausgestattet mit neuer waschmaschine, tv, und diversem zubehör wie bügeleisen, bügelbrett, wäscheständer, haartrockner etc.
Im außenbereich gibt es eine große terrasse (15 quadratmeter), mit tisch und stühlen, zur einnahme der mahlzeiten und für angenehme abende im freien.
Es besteht möglichkeit zur nutzung der annehmlichkeiten des resorts wie swimmingpool, tennisplatz und unterhaltungsprogramm, je nach verfügbarkeit und in absprache mit der leitung der residenz; bezahlung erfolgt dann über den kauf einer wochen-mitgliedskarte.
Vom hafen aus werden täglich ausflüge zu den nahegelegenen inseln angeboten (caprera, budelli, spargi, razzoli usw.
), außerdem verkehren mehrmals täglich fähren nach maddalena, bootsverleih möglich.
Palau befindet sich des weiteren in der nähe der schönsten orte der costa smeralda wie porto Cervo, porto rotondo, sowie auch nah bei Santa teresa di gallura, als ausgangspunkt für täglichen fährverkehr nach korsika oder zur besichtigung von naturwundern wie capo testa und unberührter landschaften wie dem "tal des mondes".
